Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return or exchange an item?
 
We expect you'll be satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return or exchange any part of your order please follow these instructions:
1)  Please return item in unused, unwashed condition.  If possible, include original packaging and tags. Return within 30 days of purchase date.  Include a copy of your sales receipt.
2)  Fill out the necessary information on the Returns & Exchanges form, if you need a form click here and print one out.  If you are exchanging for an item that costs more, please include the difference by check or provide a credit card number on the form.
3)  Ship the items to:  CROSS, Attn: Returns, 1224 Hibiscus Ct., Banning, CA. 92220. 
Please allow 14 days for processing.

When will my order ship?
 
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours.  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
 
Delays can result because of one of the following:
  • The item(s) you ordered are currently out of stock.  Generally, items are restocked within 14 days.
  • We were unable to obtain credit card approval.
  • Your order has a shipping address that is different from your credit card billing address and requires further verification. 

NOTE:  At the time you place your order, it is important to provide a phone number that is registered with your credit card issuer so that we may contact you to discuss any problems with your order.
