How do I return an item? RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We expect you'll be satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like to return or exchange any part of your order please follow these instructions:
1) Please return item in unused, unwashed condition along with original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase date. Include a copy of your sales receipt.
2) Fill out the necessary information on the Returns & Exchanges form, if yoou need a form click hereand print one out. If you are exchanging for an item that costs more, please include the difference by check or provide a credit card number on the form.
3) Ship the items to: CROSS, Attn: Returns, 1224 Hibiscus Ct., Banning, CA. 92220.
